SEW MACHINING DIVISION

Our journey as a machining supplier for our customers began with our first shop floor at Chengalpet, Tamil Nadu with a humble line up 6 turning lathes and an employee strength of 12 people together producing a mere 12,000 pieces per month.

Today we have today grown manifold both capacity and capability wise and expanded our operations to 2 full size machining units in MaraiMalai Nagar, Kancheepuram Dist, TN. We strongly believe that our quest for the highest quality and commitment combined with the unwavering support of our customers has helped us become what we are today. Please read on in detail about our machining division

FACING AND CENTERING MACHINES

A majority of our shafts require both ends to be faced and centered as a first operation to facilitate holding between revolving centers for further turning. For this purpose, we have dedicated 4 specially made high capacity BFW make F&C machines that churn out a total of 6000 pieces per day.

HORIZONTAL TURNING LATHES

Subsequent operations are performed in CNC turning lathes equipped with heavy duty spindles to withstand high loads generated by machining steel shafts. Every lathe is fitted with a special UBL chuck that ensure accurate holding of forged jobs and high precision machining of up to 10 microns to be achieved.
We have 37 CNC turning lathes and all of our them are fitted with coolant mist eliminators and high pressure coolant pumps.
